The eleven islands that make up the Long Sault Parkway are located in the Canadian province of Ontario, west of Cornwall. The scenic parkway that runs 10.1 kilometres between them is also named after the collection of islands. The Long Sault rapids flooded during the St. Lawrence Seaway’s construction, resulting in the islands, which have three campgrounds and two public beaches. The St. Lawrence Parks Commission is responsible for maintaining the parkway, the islands, and associated facilities.
