Situated in West Potomac Park in Washington, D.C., the Korean War Veterans Memorial is situated south of the Reflecting Pool on the National Mall and southeast of the Lincoln Memorial. It honours those who fought in the 1950s–1953s Korean War. In 1995, the national memorial was dedicated. Nineteen monuments depict US military troops in various actions are part of it.
