Roxborough State Park

Colorado’s Roxborough State Park is a state park well-known for its striking red sandstone formations. Situated 32 km south of Denver, Colorado, the 3,339-acre park was created in Douglas County in 1975. It was designated as a National Natural Landmark in 1980.
