Boyd Big Tree Preserve 

Lower Paxton and Middle Paxton Townships in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania are home to the 949-acre Boyd Big Tree Preserve Conservation Area, a state park in Pennsylvania. In 1999, real estate entrepreneur Alex Boyd gave the land for the conservation area to the state. Boyd Big Tree Preserve Conservation Area is a research area for environmental education and a sanctuary for large trees.
