Australian National Botanic Gardens

Located in Acton, Canberra, in the Australian Capital Territory, Australia, is the heritage-listed Australian National Botanic Gardens (ANBG). The Department of Agriculture, Water, and the Environment of the Australian Government is responsible for managing the Gardens, which were established in 1949. On June 22, 2004, the botanic gardens were included in the Commonwealth Heritage List.
