FortWhyte Alive

Located in southwest Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, FortWhyte Alive is a recovered wildlife preserve, recreation area, and site for environmental education. This 660-acre park bears the name of the nearby city of Fort Whyte and is situated along the Canadian geese migration route. It makes up 20% of Winnipeg’s urban green space as of 2022.
