Gimmelwald Town

This is a tiny town of a population of 130. It is a traffic free village that is only accessible by hike or cable car. There are a bunch of quaint chalet-style cabins that have withstood the test of time. There are like two restaurants in the village but jaw-dropping views of the Alps. You want peace and quiet, and fresh cheese and wine, go here and stay at an air bnb spot.
