The park spans from Fifth to Fifteenth Streets on the eastern side of Ocean Drive. It was included in the plan for the reconstruction of what is now South Beach’s Miami Beach Architectural District when it was renovated and enhanced in the middle of the 1980s. The park features pull-up bars, volleyball courts, grassy areas, and palm trees along Ocean Drive.
