Prince of Wales Northern Heritage Centre


The museum and archives of the Government of the Northwest Territories are located in the Prince of Wales Northern Heritage Centre (PWNHC). Situated in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada, the PWNHC is responsible for gathering and maintaining artifacts and historical materials that depict the NWT’s cultures and history. It also serves as a central repository for information about the NWT’s cultures and history and offers partner organizations professional museum, archives, and cultural resource management services.
