Saskatchewan Science Centre


Situated in Regina, Saskatchewan, the Saskatchewan scientific Centre is an interactive scientific museum. It is run as a nonprofit, philanthropic organization that is not for profit. The Saskatchewan Science Centre, originally known as the Powerhouse of Discovery, was formally opened in April 1989 and is housed in a former power plant in the Wascana Centre. The Kramer IMAX Theatre was added to the Science Centre in 1991 as part of its expansion.
